Sanku Bay is just a few steps away. This is Drapers local beach where in the early morning you can meet the fishermen and the Jamaicans who love to swim at dawn. Sanku Bay is small but has the most beautiful coral reef of the area. Just a mile away is one of the most famous Jamaican beaches, Frenchmans Cove.
The owners can also arrange tours.
The place is located not far from a local bar that plays loud Jamaican reggae music until 2 am. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you.
Its also best to book Drapers San with meals as there are not much to eat within the locality unless you plan driving around. This is very much a local Jamaican small village environment where helpfulness and smiles abound and a great place to be comfortable in a country community. Virtually all guests praise the owners for being friendly, helpful and kind.
